ATHLETE SPEED & STRENGTH CLASSES
AGES 12-14: Intermediate Athlete Classes help athletes learn the fundamental movement patterns they need to develop their speed, strength and power.

AGES 15-18: Elite Athlete Classes provide athletes with the direction they need to excel above and beyond their competition by further developing their speed, strength and power.

COLLEGE: Collegiate Athlete Classes are held during Summer and Winter breaks. These will push athletes to continue improving in a competitive environment and keep them prepared for their next season.
SPORT-SPECIFIC CLASSES
Small Group Classes for Ages 12-18 that focus on overall athleticism, but include movement patterns, prehab techniques and strength training that is specific to your athlete’s sport. Training intensity for these classes also varies based on the season, so athletes can train year-round with appropriate workloads.
