 The youth training program is designed to instill a solid base of athleticism and a hard work ethic in athletes ages 6-11 and focuses on providing young athletes with:

  • The solid base foundations of functional strength and speed.

  • The fundamentals of athleticism.

  • A higher level of performance, with the goal of becoming a more competitive athlete.
